How do I file a claim?
Start a claim from the Contoso Protect page, add a short description, and upload photos or receipts. This demo does not submit real claims.
How do I check claim status?
Claim status is simulated in the UI. Refreshing the page or switching devices may reset demo state.
What documents do I need?
Typically photos, proof of purchase, and a brief incident summary. For auto: plate and location; for travel: itinerary and receipts (demo guidance).
When do payouts happen?
In this demo, payouts can appear 'instant' after approval to showcase the flow. No real money moves.
Can I edit or cancel a claim?
You can restart the demo intake at any time. There’s no backend—nothing is stored server-side.
What does my policy cover?
Coverage details are illustrative. Use the product cards (Auto/Home/Travel/Pet) to explore sample scenarios.

Where is my order?
Orders are mocked. You can browse products, add to cart, and 'checkout' to see the flow.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Checkout is a demo—there’s nothing to cancel. Clear your cart to start over.
How do returns work?
Return steps are simulated. Use this page to understand the UX; no shipments are created.
What payment methods are supported?
Payments aren’t processed. The UI is built to look real, but no charges occur.
Do products have a warranty?
Warranty copy is for demonstration only; treat product details as sample content.
Why did my cart change?
Cart state is stored in localStorage. Clearing site data or using a new browser resets it.

How do I find a store?
Use the store locator on Contoso Fresh. Results are demo data—any zip code will return sample stores.
What are store hours?
Hours are examples. In a real app this would come from store data; here it’s shown for layout.
How do weekly deals work?
Deals are curated cards meant to mimic a flyer. Prices and availability are not real.
How do loyalty points work?
Points and barcode scanning are mocked to demonstrate a loyalty experience.
Can I get digital receipts?
Receipts aren’t generated. The flow is illustrative for product design and UI review.
How do I share store feedback?
The Support Center prompts are examples—there’s no submission endpoint in this demo.
